For anyone that’s ever battled with a weight problem, they know just how much time and dedication is required to finally drop the pounds. Oftentimes, it seems just as you’ve started to get a reign on your eating and movement, something happens to throw you off track.
Before you know it, it’s time to go to a special event and you’re nowhere you had wanted to be. Instead, you find yourself starting all over (perhaps with a few extra pounds on top) trying to keep hope that this time you’ll finally lose the weight once and for all.
It’s a vicious cycle and for many people, that day never seems to come.
I’m here to tell you that if you’ll listen with an open mind for just a minute and truly dedicate yourself to following through with hypnosis exercises to strengthen your subconscious, you can start to work through those roadblocks that have kept you from being successful in weight loss all these years.
Hypnosis for weight loss may be just what you’ve been looking for this whole time and the results you’ve been looking for might not be as far away and out of reach as you think.
Hypnosis works for weight loss because it gets to the ground level – inside of our minds where the decision to overeat, throw in the towel or go for the extra servings begin.
When you lift the covers and get to the source, it’s much easier to work on undoing the negative thoughts that got you to this point.
Much like someone addicted to gambling or unable to overcome some other addiction, locating the source of the issue and then reprogramming your mind at this critical point means you can finally change the outcome.
Most people looking to lose weight don’t just want to hear about why it can finally work, they want to be reassured that it’s going to work for them and more importantly, work quickly.
If you do the work to get your mind right, this outcome can be possible.
I like to set realistic standards for my clients and help them to understand that the work they put in will yield results if they put their mind to it. Here’s are some tips I share with clients when we begin working on weight loss hypnosis.
Tip # 1: Picking a date is important.
If you’re committing to achieving a goal. Set a date to envision that’s realistic and puts a set timeline in place to work towards.
Tip #2: Not Everything Need to be Shared
While communicating your goals and strengths can be helpful, it’s important with this goal to not go around telling others. This puts you at risk of encountering someone who is not supportive and has reasons to sabotage you doing hypnosis for weight loss.
Tip # 3: Learning Self-Hypnosis can assist with ongoing weight loss
In addition to virtual gastric band – which can result in a 4 to 7-pound weight loss initially and around 1 to 2 pounds per week after (for most people results will vary) you can work with me for 4-6 weeks and learn self-hypnosis so you can continue to reinforce the work we’ve done until you reach your goal.
Everyone’s journey will be different. It’s not a matter of how fast you can lose weight with hypnosis. With 100 percent dedication to work on your weight loss goals and doing the important inner work, you can do this!
