New Year’s Resolutions……It is that time of year again, a time to renew your goals and look forward to the New Year’s. I think there is too much pressure surrounding New Year’s Resolutions. Whatever you did that worked last year; it is a time for you to acknowledge yourself for those accomplishments. Regardless of the size of the accomplishment give yourself the credit you deserve. If something did not work for you this past year, instead of labeling it good or bad, maybe you can look at it simply as feedback to not repeat that again. Take the time over the next week to decide what changes you would like to make for 2016. No pressure, just a wish list. Pretend you are waiving a magic wand and if you could change three things about yourself what would they be? You are worthy and deserving of whatever your desires. It starts with changing your thoughts and this will change your life.
Maybe if you waived your magic wand you would reduce your weight and improve your overall health. Another pass of the wand you would stop smoking. And with the third pass of the wand you would reduce your stress and anxiety and live more in the present moment. This is all possible when you experience hypnosis.
